Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training: 2-day Immersion

Join us for a weekend of taking things “Step by Step” in a special way – “Vinyasa Krama” delivered by International Yogi and “Master Teacher” Jessica Seabern.

This training immersion will be an interactive learning experience; through personal practice, exercises, practice teaching, talks and discussions we will explore the sequencing and transitions of vinyasa flow yoga, and learn how to plan and deliver a great vinyasa class for different student levels.

This 2-day Yoga Alliance accredited Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training is aimed at Yoga teachers and teachers in training who want to develop or deepen their skills to teach safe, inspiring, and creatively sequenced vinyasa flow classes.

Jessica Seabern

Visiting international Teacher Jessica Seabern who is based in Southern California, has over 20 years of teaching, training, leading retreats and consulting experience. As a lifelong athlete, she began her early yoga training in the ashtanga method, which led her to an eclectic style of teaching that is now strongly influenced by a variety of methodologies and traditions. She pairs the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga for her students, teaching a vigorous and challenging practice while integrating prana, philosophy, and focus. She blends the heat building and detoxifying teachings of ashtanga with light-hearted, yet specific instruction, in a flow of asanas emphasizing alignment and safe practice. Jessica’s goal is for her students to leave feeling uplifted, inspired, peaceful, strong and balanced.

There were lots of opportunities to ask questions. I feel that what I've learn't can immediately be applied to my teaching.
