The deposit is non-refundable: • Cancelling 90 days or more prior to the retreat: Your payment will be refunded, less non refundable deposit. • If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date, Whitespace reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit. • Unfortunately no transfers are permitted and no refunds can be made for failure to attend or to complete the retreat. • Refunds will be processed after the retreat ends. Our cancellation policy is firm • We strongly recommend participants have adequate insurance to cover any cancelled travel or personal expenses, as we cannot make reimbursements over and above our cancellation policy. Limitation of Liability: Whitespace Studio and the Retreat centre cannot be responsible nor liable for any injury, illnesses, loss or damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of either party. Declaration: I confirm that to the best of my knowledge I have disclosed all relevant health information to the teacher. In the case of emergency I have given the teacher consent to contact my next of kin. I understand that classes can involve hands-on (tactile) correction and I hereby consent for my teacher to work in this way.
